Going the Distance is a fundraiser for the Swat Valley in northern Pakistan, where flooding has left families and villages without basic living requirements. In the next few months, I will be running the equivalent distance (at home), from Peshawar to Kalam, a distance of 158 miles. This path follows local roads along the Swat River and Swat Valley. Donations will be sent to the Swat Valley through Oxfam.

No Running Today!
Due to a busy travel schedule (I am touring some colleges over the weekend), I did not have time for a run today. I am a bit disappointed about this, but I'm hoping to have time tomorrow.
