Going the Distance is a fundraiser for the Swat Valley in northern Pakistan, where flooding has left families and villages without basic living requirements. In the next few months, I will be running the equivalent distance (at home), from Peshawar to Kalam, a distance of 158 miles. This path follows local roads along the Swat River and Swat Valley. Donations will be sent to the Swat Valley through Oxfam.

Another Day without Running
As my college road-trip comes to a close, I once again went a day without running, due to the eight-or-so hour drive for today. I hope to go for a nice long run tomorrow, despite the approaching cold weather.
