Half Way There!

I am thrilled to announce that I am half way to my destination! It took me a surprising time of only on month and two days. At this rate, I may finish in another month!

Interstate 95 runs parallel to the Swat River, and today it brings me within a thousand feet of the river. Between me and the river lie rice fields, as seen in the photo below.

Also along my route, there are these photos. I especially like the image of the young boy and the cows, which is titled "He would rather be in school."

Again, half way! Wow! As I always say, this would not be possible without my readers who have contributed not only with pledges but with much-appreciated support. Thank you!
